I had never had a program that helped me so much in the performance of my work and the conservation of all my data. I really like this program because it provides the element that was missing so that all the commercial scenarios of my company have a better image. professional and full of credibility for both parties, TIBCO MDM is the first choice for total control.
- The data management that this program allows me to have is incredible, there are many similar software to this with which I have worked, but together with TIBCO MDM the results have been incredible.
- One of the best features of this program is, without a doubt, the good technology with which it was created, due to the ability it has to manipulate all my data.
- One of the disadvantages that this program presents when sharing data is that it does not have the ability to send multiple files in groups.
- We are a little bothered by the limitations that the automation of this program may have, it can certainly improve to give the user more resources.

TIBCO MDM has been a very exceptional and phenomenal tool with a great and supportive Tech Team to resolve any challenge we face on our way while using this tool. I like its very easy-to-install and maintain platform with great virtualization and a cloud-based database management approach that provides a lean and agile feature to the platform. I also like how this tool provides a consolidated source of key master data on customers, products, and relationships between master data entities. I also like the GUI is very user-friendly and easy to navigate/customizable.
- I like the approach to the cloud and database management and mobile systems.
- The backend customizations of web pages and forms are really great.
- The visualizations available to display data are great.
- The support/tech is very great and always solution-oriented.
- I find that the actual input of data through non-copy and paste formats is a bit challenging; I mean, not easy to use it. The R-capability has been difficult to learn.

Can improve.
We used it to manage our data. It was super user-friendly, and a lot of my Co workers loved it since it had many nice features it let you optimize the supply chain, see reports, and give you a better grasp of the environment and how you were working with.

They are both pretty solid. I will say they are both heads to heads. The only thing is, I feel like you will get better ROI from Informatica. The support they provide is super awesome! They will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and will discount any downtime or credit your account.

Master your data with TIBCO MDM
We use TIBCO MDM across the entire business unit to address all data master data involved problems mostly marketing whereas a person I have really seen its importance. The accuracy and security that this software has brought to Techstars' data management is something that I am grateful and thankful for.
- Informed real time decision making through it's analytical capabilities.
- Good and secured way of data management and storage.
- Our business processes have been shortened/easenes through self service feature.
- I would really appreciate it if TIBCO MDM could be all dependant without involving other software for functionalities like CPM.

TIBCO MDM is capable but requires complex configuration
TIBCO MDM is being used as a customer domain across a handful of systems to keep customer information accurate and consistent. Our current implementation uses very little of the functionality provided by MDM but still proves to be useful, especially with the use of Patterns.
- Auditing/versioning/event logs are helpful and effective.
- Data model is very capable and flexible and provides advanced functionality out of the box.
- Highly customizable, almost intimidating the number of options.
- The bundled components (Patterns and ActiveSpaces) are necessary and are what really give the tool so many capabilities.
- The out-of-the-box UI and APIs are somewhat kludgy outside of for integration purposes.
- Configuration can be somewhat difficult, even with the configurator we sometimes face difficulty getting elements to be configured properly.
- There are many dependencies for the product to run and it sometimes is dependent on specific versions (WebLogic) of tools to operate correctly.
- It is doing fairly well at keeping data consistent and is starting to allow us to find more issues with data.
